That’s okay. You said you feel engorged, that’s good. Milk usually takes 3-7 days to come in. Until then colostrum is plenty and your newborn has fat stores to help him through the waiting period.
As long as your baby’s diapers are good (around 6 heavy wet ones a day and a couple dirty ones) it’s fine. If you’re very concerned you can call a lactation consultant, the hospital that you delivered at should have one on staff.
